'Kelly' is an elegant and substantial Vintage Oak Chest of Drawers and I think is probably Early to Mid 20th Century.  It has been lovingly updated and painted Dark Green in Fusion Pressed Fern Mineral Paint and varnished for durability, inside the drawers have been painted in a vibrant red. The subtle beading, Cabriole legs and original Art Nouveau style handles have been painted with gold metallic leaf paint.  Overall, a really sumptuous look and feel and very on trend. 
The piece has been thoroughly cleaned and prepared and has been treated with a woodworm treatment as per standard.  All the all drawers and drawer bases are sound and run freely.  This piece is in great vintage condition and is a very useful and versatile storage solution for any room.  
This piece has been lovingly updated hence it still shows signs of its vintage heritage but retains all of its charm. Please see all photos.
